For 2010 we are excited to present two new services.
Caregiving 101, individualized family caregiver training to help you learn non-medical skills,
is now offered by Kathryn McCormack-Chen, RN, LCSW. She will work with you to determine your needs and teach you basic personal care techniques. This is offered on a sliding scale fee basis.
We now offer the professional health and fitness expertise of Mary Lou Shehadi with Handheld Health
& Fitness. She will design a personalized program providing education, guidance and support in order to help you achieve your fitness goals and enhance your quality of life.
